It's a lot of work, but addicting right? 

Because the owner of the house has let the place go a little bit (due toa recent meth addiction), the city has “yellow-tagged” her home for healthreasons and she was forced to move-out approx. 3 months ago.My questions are these: 1)  How do I gain an interest in this property BEFOREit goes into foreclosure? 

Just find a topic that looks interesting and start there - before you know it, you will be addicted to them as I am !

-I hired a really good handyman, but he ended up being a heroin addict and ran off with 5k of my money!!!!!!!! 

This place has an unbelievable amount of resources and I plan to use every single one of them.I look forward to meeting and connecting with like minded people.

I need to get with @Joshua Dorkin on this too, obviously I'm a BP addict and have no intention of competing with BP, I'll always be around.Well, some good advice, start with the basics of real estate.LOL, coaching and mentoring offers from experts that don't even have to shave everyday! 

I am about half way through the BP PodCasts and couldn't be more addicted.
