Hey Jaycee, I've had my son partake on a syndicated multifamily investment (with me as an LP) to get him familiar with what this type of investment is, what it isn't, and how it works.

I see a fixed rate product advertised here on BP but not a HELOC type of product, where you can draw and repay on commercial property.With the DSCR loans, the lender requirements will change from lender to lender.  

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

There are some unit types you can use that Feel warmer but that doesn't sound like it is her problem.  

What type of property are looking to inspect (residential, commercial, distressed, etc.) and what is the intended use of the property?

I would love to know what type of homeowner's policy any of the owners in rental arbitrage have.

Before you sell figure out what type of Real Estate you want to go into so you can have a plan and not be tempted to sue the funds. 

I have a strong team on the ground for any type of value add.

He finds out the light fixture is not broken, just needs a new bulb, but it's a special type.

To add to @Patrick Roberts post - this loan type will require you to qualify with income and liabilities = DTI ratio, which will include the rents you pay to your NV home.
