There are a couple reasons why I'm a little hesitant to pull the trigger.1.

I'd recommend doing your research on students before pulling the trigger.

I recently suffered an injury at work that will not allow me to return to my previous position.

Hopefully, I can shorten the path others will have to travel.I know the area and the price was good, so I pulled the trigger.  

Will hire an attorney to review agreement as I want to limit my liability exposure of injury while working.

I'm sure you know now the easiest way to do this was to close back to back with the same title company and you would have avoided all of this.PA law does require written notice to the lender to trigger a release... then some time before you can sue them.

If not that is fine also but I am trying to see if anyone can suggest a company that would be able to refinance this style property and how much higher the interest rate would be.I want to pull the trigger but want to make sure I can refinance this after some time with not problems.Thanks for your feedback in advance!

@Tim Garrett I haven't pulled the trigger on building out there. 

I guess it's a good thing I'm not quite ready to pull the trigger yet.

The question is: should we wait a little bit more for prices to drop a little and meanwhile invest in stocks or pull the trigger and buy a house?
