My main issue is that I don't have a ton of time to travel to desired markets (thinking of places like Phoenix, North Carolina, Reno/Vegas, Ohio) to look at properties, network, meet potential team members, etc. 

I’m a travel nurse based in Tacoma WA and I’m hoping to get my first rental property this year so I can provide housing to fellow travel nurses.

TSMC has contributed to this, but population growth and travel have also been a big factor in the appreciation of real estate.

It still wouldn't be enough profit to do this full time without another job.I see lots of people online who have quit their full time job and are doing Real Estate Investing only, buying new cars, being able to travel and I am wondering if this is just their "online persona", it is because of the amount of properties they have that has given them this financial/work free freedom or I need to find somewhere else that would give me a larger return.Either way I am still moving forward on my journey :) I was just curious because that would be my dream goal to not have a 9-5 and my investments give me that freedom.

I currently work as a traveling industrial electrician, but will be getting off the road come September as I’d like more stability, and I really want to househack.

The problem is I want to have a comfortable lifestyle and to travel.

I spent the majority of that time traveling the country for small public company that had a niche in acquiring owner financed land notes.  

I travel frequently for work so would be willing to road trip for quality group meet ups.

If you are doing it because you want the most bang for your buck, travel to a few places (Like Detroit) and go about building your team.
