The HOA fee for our size unit is $309 per month and that covers all the amenities (pools, volley ball court, movie theater, shuttle to and from campus, etc.). 

The location and demographics will be critically important, but in their successes it seems like a repositioned center will have as an anchor one of the following: major gym, movie theater, discount apparel store (TJ Maxx, Ross, DD's Discount), hobby store, general discount store (99c Store, Dollar General).

This house is not in a flood zone, a mile from the beach, new movie theater and mall, and is the area is growing quickly. 

If they were raided they would run down a secret corridor and come up in the lobby of another building on the block behind this one.

We need to lobby the house and senate to get this insanity changed. 

Sure if you feel changing the requirements and standards should happen then fine, lobby for that.

I know this is an old thread - I am just going to chime in to say I've had a really successful experience as host for the past two years and I am happy to help anyone who is considering it.Yes, laws do change, with proper lobbying there is a way and, so far, so good.

If it is just simple 10 x 10 personal exam rooms with a small lobby and using existing bathrooms located somewhere else in the building, the easy estimate will be $70-$120.

I do have a new lease till Oct 2017. so if it gets to foreclosure i have some time..that's good news. i really do want to stay i have really just settled in ..set up a awesome home theater and i  love my neighbors . i was under the assumption when i moved in that i would be able to stay here for perhaps 5 years. hes now talking about moving back in if he saves the house.

I'm not interested in building a lobby, and having staff 24 hours.
