I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad and a mentor/investor suggested Nothing Down for the 2000's.I'm in kind of a strange middle ground.

It is strange though because based on all MSHB's literature on their website, it would seem against their way of doing business to leave off doors.

Strangely enough, what the prior owner/current seller says about their rental revenues may not match their tax returns. ;-)  When in doubt, only trust the lower of the two.
