They don't have anything specific for sorting by furnished spaces but there may be a check box to select for when sorting. 

I will list some specific questions bellow.- If I use a 1031 Exchange, does the next property also have to be a duplex?

Do you have someone that manages it all including bookings and customer service or just specific parts like cleaning only? 

Are you noticing specific property types, neighborhoods, or price points where buyers are finding the most opportunities?

Research shows that the more experienced home buyers have a longer and generally more specific list of demands than first-time home buyers.If our buyer does not have a home tour checklist, I give them a version that I have used for years (I did not create it, another investor shared it with me and I have used it). 

Lender Recommendations: Are there specific lenders or programs that work well with investors focused on multiple BRRRR deals annually?

There are also loans that are specifically designed for this type of property if there is enough work that needs done.
