We also have different single family and duplex models available. 

However, the price would include the 7 duplexes, 2500 sqft Single family, and an additional 3.5 acres of vacant land attached, all located less than 1 mile from High Point University.

Lenders unfortunately don't want to foreclose on a home with 6,7,8 homes on a property that's a true single family home.
