The city was called, they came to snake the line and found no damage in the pipes going from my property to the streets, which means the damage was done AT THE STREET, which would be city owned pipes.The next day, the city sent out a construction crew to dig up the front sidewalk and sure enough, a giant hole in the city pipe for the runoff line was found and replaced.
