I've recently inherited a house with my siblings and have found bigger pockets in my research as I try to decide whether to rent or sell it. 

Most banks won't be that eager to lend to an 18 year old but if you have had a consistent job in high school and continue to work throughout college, then it is not impossible.You could also have a parent, older sibling, etc co-sign on the mortgage and that would allow you to get around the financing issue.

I grew up in Tampa, plus one of my siblings is an agent in Tampa.

His grandparents and Mom all passed leaving several properties to four siblings, one of which has schizophrenia.

And every family member is different, including among siblings, believe me, I have ten brothers and sister,  and we all have different habits in cleanliness and standards in life.

So 3 siblings on properties, 3 cash out. 

This option does not involve my siblings, at least I’m not sure how it could (they probably would not be able to assist in deals/management etc.).Are there better options to build generational wealth with this scenario?

All in all 100k spent ( 70 k to repair apartment, housing the tenants for several months in a hotel, ordered to pay them 10k, and now attorney is advising us to pay them 17k to not sue (extortion) I’m newly involved (owners are all siblings/cousins-12 in all) Sorry for the long post, but ??? 

In De I believe the first in line is children, then parents, then siblings, and that's as far as I know.  

but it has a much lower risk sibling - seller finance.
