This allows the wholesaler to "shop" for those specific properties so when they get one, they know they already have a buyer and are not scrambling to find one like so many do these days.

My guess is the $3k of work would be $500-600 in Dec-Jan when times are slow and guys are scrambling for workThere was no emergency here whatsoever, therefore no excuse for not communicating with you prior to completing the work when the estimate tripled

I wake up at 2:55 am, hit the gym by 3:05 am and workout til 5:00 am, get ready for my 8hr job, and I feel great everyday, I have either oatmeal w/ fruit or scrambled eggs for breakfast, sometimes fruit and nuts or some type of chicken for lunch, and chicken w/salad, or Chick-fil-a salad, or Panera Bread salad, or soup for dinner; throughout the day I feel great.
