That is how I got started, I called and sent out my resumes to some of the high profile agents in my area and landed a job 9 years ago.

@Ali BooneYeah Vancouver's housing market is like a runaway nuclear reactor, I imagine it's somewhat similar for LA.

One thing you may consider is that it sits in the shadow of the Fermi nuclear power plant, it is also a rather rural area.

You would submit your buyer resume to the commercial broker and financial statement to show you have the capacity to purchase the property with your offer.This is different than residential.

I am new to real estate and now in the process of following-up leads for some great entry-level positions with respect to analysis, agencies, commercial real estate, data-entry, legal and property management.I have a resume to send to employers, but I don’t feel that it is catered for a real estate position. 

My resume is out there and I have gotten calls to set up interviews from Century 21/RedFin/Keller Williams..
