Dirt road wont cut it.. you will need at the very least gravel and depending on soil type you may need to put down big rock first like 3 inch then build a base of 1 inch minus on top of it so you dont sink.

Which tells you everything you need to know about the state of the property but the reality is that works in the current environment. 

In reality though I can't tell you how many people I have seen come on here itching to grow to the sky and then 6 months later they are gone because they got their wish and probably should have been a little more cautious.
