Our job has nothing to do with real estate, but we fell in love with investing due to the influence of "Rich dad, Poor dad" and HGTV show.

A fellow investor had his house trashed by his tenant, after their deal fell apart.

I mandate this for my tenants.Their policy will cover things they cause: fire from stove error, water damage from leaving tub on, suit because their drunk friend fell and broke his head on the toilet, etc.

I imagine those that deal in prostitution, stolen merchandise, fake merchandise and illegal gambling may also launder their money.  

Since our tenants cover electricity, the window units usage fell under their respective electric bill.

Then we sold it 06/15 and fell in love with our agent (different person totally) because she worked Hard for us for the same commission as first agent.  

An 8 month pregnant lady fell along with the stairs and was found several hours later by her spouse unconscious beneath the pile of rubble. 

A tenant who lived in the upstairs unit was carrying her laundry basket going down the stairs and fell two years ago.
