I would find properties, submit them to their portal and they would tell me what they would offer when the house was completely remodeled.  

I am playing the appreciation game and will hold my properties for as long as possible.

This is one of those, as is the neighboring properties (all of which operate as duplexes, though officially are noted as SF).

I've found that the best areas for the investors I have worked with on BRRRR properties are areas like Center Point, Fultondale, Gardendale, and Pinson areas.These areas are solid and aren't in warzones like Fairfield or Tarrant but will also produce you cash flow and equity unlike cities like Hoover or Vestavia.

Your SEC attorney can help you with the details.Typically you would have one LLC that owns the properties and another LLC that acts as manager.
