In an ideal scenario, it’s possible to complete the process in about three months—especially if the rehab is minor, you have your financing lined up, and the property rents quickly. 

Hi Joe,I think going with a LOC is going to provide you with more flexibility than going through the process of obtaining financing for a purchase transaction.

They always say in the letter they send about the transfer not to worry, all the payment info will transfer automatically but then they have issues processing payments on their end and it’s always difficult getting through to anyone who knows how to resolve the issue on their end. 

Personally hate the notion of using them solely because the loan process is "easier".
