I ask bc it most definitely popped up on my recent cash out refi of a rental property.

For small mom-pop shops, i’ve heard Workers comp alone is about 1,500/year + premiums here, another 2-4k for all other types.

I can easily get that here in the US without the political and currency risk.Now if you could show I would have 10% yield with a likely 100% valuation pop in a couple years, that gets more interesting.

Oh well, unless some great option pops up it looks like we will continue on as we are.

If you already own investment properties, you have to show reserves for those, too.If you're going to own a rental, it is essential that you have cash on hand for big expenses that have a way of popping up.  

I am sure I will have other questions, but these were the initial ones that popped into my head.

If you have jaw pain, popping when opening wide, etc. report that and any other jaw issues to the VA for your compensation.
