While I have gained substantial knowledge from books and podcasts, I am now seeking a mentor in the area to guide us through this journey.

After listening to some of the Bigger Pockets podcast episodes I have learned that multi families are better with cash flowing but can they also obtain lots of equity over time in the right market ?
