Our thinking was storage of the items on the grass area is ok, but use needs to happen on the paved driveway.

Since we normally rehab for rental, when feasible, we will pave the drive (even overcoat/chip seal) as it makes a better surface for snow removal, etc.

The fee not only has to cover costs but contribute to reserves for bigger ticket items to come (roof replacement, paving parking, painting).
