My agent was out of town for the day ...so I took it upon myself to ask the 2 simple questions and apparently how dare I :) 

I wouldn't dare put an offer in on something without knowing what was getting into first.

Unless you can get to the low-problem undergrads, like - dare I be politically incorrect - Asian students.  

Both C & D are renewing their 12 month leases, and amazingly the 3 different tenants I have had in the 3rd apartment at that triplex have never complained about anyone else.I have learned from the experiences myself- we have a parking schedule for the driveway, both C & D were offered the chance to pay for a permanent spot and declined, deciding to continue to share.  

How dare a tenant sew garments for people who will come onto the property to try them on. 

That's weird.Sometimes it's because they are still financially supporting their 35+ year old "adult" children ...Who doesn't dare work because it will ruin there chances to also get on SSDI! 

Then you basically dare them to say, "Um, I noticed I couldn't get into your apartment when I was trying to get in without notifying you..."

Just block the gates and dare them to sue using such a ridiculous old law.

I agree, if he's this rude to people on a forum trying to answer his questions I can only imagine his toxic attitude towards tenants who don't live up to his standard of education or intelligence and dare to make a complaint.

Even though I braved some of the worse parts of the city of Houston, TX as a child, I wouldn't dare househack in the same neighborhoods as an adult.
