On the flip side, the large models did not cost that much more to produce, but the market would pay much more for a 10,000lbs top model. 

This depends on what model that you go down.

Did it end up being a profitable model?

It is currently rented out to standard tenants but I am interested in potentially converting to a care home model.

If you are looking at Cash on Cash Return, real estate tends to be a slower growth model (unless you dip your toes into flips instead of buy and hold).

Could buy model homes in new subdivisions. 

The fee structure in PM is so complex just looking at other companies and my own lolIt would be nice simplifying it from a consumer standpoint.We rolled out a monthly flat fee and thus far investors like it.Might completely transition to this model eventually.But all in all PM's have so many different fee structures for the various markets, asset and property types
