These organizations utilize endowments and donations not only to fulfill their missions but also to catalyze economic development within communities.This realization has broadened my perspective as a real estate entrepreneur.

Making 10 LLCs and bank accounts seems like a lot of work, but I guess I would be willing to do it if someone could give solid advice on how to stay organized.

We now have a Flight Attendant managing the house for us and keeping it clean and organized.

I also am extremely dependable and organized. 

Books like Fooled by Randomness make it apparent that you see a lot of sucessful people on social media, books, etc; not the graveyard full of dead bodies/failed investors.
