Real estate laws are put in place to protect the public from unethical operators and flim-flam artists.If I as a Realtor was found to be screwing a seller (or for that matter a buyer), I can be fined, have my license suspended or even revoked. 

I live in Iowa now, and most of our holdings are here, but we own about 10 houses in surrounding towns close to Champaign.

I can't believe I a the only one and the first that tells it as it is.These are the results of a system that is designed to work.And if oy uhave anything to say opposing anything I said, don;t say anythign untill you come with proof and evidence Like I have!

This is in the town of Grimes Iowa (which is a very good district/neighborhood) and something like this never happens here. 

Nor am I a property developer raising cash.
