Do you live in that area?

We live in a world where PR matters to EVERY business out there.

I lived there for 3 years but relocated to Orlando last year to be closer to family.I think Jacksonville is still good overall, but it’s tough to make rentals pencil right now.

I was able to check an old listing and it showed it as being 2 units instead of 3 and one bedroom/bathroom less than what they are claiming.Tomorrow I plan on having my pretty wife knock on a couple doors, hopefully she can talk to someone living there so we don't get something substantially different.

So I'm always able to offer a lower rates and fees and still make a decent living.

I live between Somerset and Middlesex counties, so I’ve definitely noticed how tight the inventory can be.

Basically, she uses her good score and no eviction record to lure landlords and then have someone else lives at the place.I am in the process of contacting others and filing a police report.

I'm living in the Los Angeles area and have my projects here.
