We were one of three in class of ~30 individuals (small or large, you judge) by the end of the 12 week program.

Doing this requires both a healthy inventory of deals way under market value and a large list of serious buyers.

The person will assist in some prop management but largely the GP will oversee/ manage most of the deal (design, permits, construction, leasing).

With only 3 inquires it tells me that there is one or multiple LARGE issues here.

Prices here are more stable than they have been in Calgary and Edmonton (we haven't seen the large appreciation, but we also didn't see the price drop that they did a while back). 

However, Muskoka is a huge tourist area that attracts a large vacation population each summer. 

The syndicator could be shady or maybe they don't know how to manage large properties.
