My goal is to understand the current demand and rental potential for ADUs in this part of the city, as well as the costs involved in building.

Every unit has its own "microsite" of sorts with seperat msg threads and you can't write your own descriptions (which is understandable as they don't have seperate websites for different countries so they write "translation safe" descriptions for you), but still, it's no Airbnb.

Preferred returns would even be acceptable but not a straight interest rate play if the lender understands the structure. 

If that is so, it behooves you to understand how much that fee is and when it becomes due.

It doesn't make sense to you because you still don't understand the strategy.

Did you speak with them prior to purchase to understand their process?

Why do you want to work with agents who don't understand simple things like owner financing in real estate, it's really simple.

Has anyone out there been involved in something similar or have ideas on how I can move forward with this?
