Real Estate is a very litigious industry especially when dealling with tenants. 

Soon purchasing my first commercial property, I am looking at multi-tenant NNN industrial or retail.

I have noticed my problems occur almost exclusively with the smaller/cheaper homes that attract single people or unmarried couples, usually without kids.

Its a niche and fast-growing industry that many of you should consider trending in your personal careers.

As supply increases, demand decreases, which can eventually lead to lower prices if done on a large enough scale.Unfortunately, many people outside our industry don’t fully understand this.

How do you balance engagement on Instagram with other platforms, or do you focus exclusively on IG?

I really love my role in the industry. 

I know they can be very difficult to manage, and many of them are old.Self storage and industrial are two niches that I think you should also consider.

We are living in Phuket Thailand currently and this year I utilized the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion to not pay taxes on the first 120k of income. 

I sold it to a rehabbers, who devoted a month exclusively to fixing the place up then they resold it.
