It is pretty impressive. 

While each market - real estate and stock - has it's own risk/return profile, the comfort of owning a cash-flowing hard asset becomes more and more appealing when the stock market gets choppy. 

There are also some podcasts dedicated to midterm rentals which are helpful because they tend to profile people doing all kinds of different things with their MTRs so you get expose to a lot of possibilities.

He also suggested I bring out someone else to camera the system again to get a second neutral opinion.I hired Cable, Pipe, & Leak Detection and the technician that came out today was very impressed with the on-site system. 

Are the LLC's multi-member LLC's - If they are, they would be required to filed a separate partnership tax return.Your profile mentions that you are a real estate agent, you may want to see if you are eligible to claim real estate professional status.
