I read through about 75% of it as well as half of his other book the Millionaire Real Estate Agent and the first half of both books is near identical; it's the motivational information the previous poster hit upon.The second half of the book is more about building a successful real estate company than being a successful real estate investor.

She's not employed, and on one of my property purchases, her score had taken a hit for an identical reason as yours, and they wouldn't close unless I removed her from the loan (she did go on the deed).Also, are you seeing your score from a true credit bureau?

He was even able to show me a photo of where they had found the HUD plate.So after scouring the home for hours, crawling through a crawlspace for hours with a flash light looking for a VIN number, I finally went out to the home, pulled some siding and insulation off of the side and found the HUD plate almost immediately, thanks to my fellow BPer's identical experience!
