We have the ability to provide a host of reports but the most common tax documents that we provide are 1099's and Year End Cashflow statement. 

I see a lot of need for hosts to connect with others to share best practices, problem solve, make connections and so on in a live, interactive way so that is the purpose of this group.

Why isn't this bundled with the rent?

Ive been hosting my primary residence in Denver for years without incident, and each year renew license etc without no issues outside of the standard bureaucratic headaches.

Mostly I get guests who are visiting family, businesspeople who need a longer term stay, and now I am hosting guests involved with suppliers who are scouting the area.

I am going to be hosting a Real Estate Investing Networking event in Abilene in May and am currently looking for any fellow Bigger Pockets investors or want-to-be investors who are interested to get together!

Like I said, I talk to hosts all the time who have similar experiences so I think you might be surprised how full you can stay with MTR with the right property and the right strategy.
