If two people go into an investment property business together - one as the investor and one as the property manager, is there a way for ownership to gradually be granted from the investor to the property manager in exchange for services until both have a 50/50 share in the property?  

Then I would gradually bring the price down each week until I found a qualified tenant.

I would like to somehow be able to replace a large portion of my income with some other sources gradually over the next ten to twelve years so that I can get out of the rat race. 

For now, I'm just looking forward to house hacking for the first year and rehabbing my unit gradually over that time.

They are gradually rebuilding and we don't care anyway, but you will just have to get a couple cards and pay then off monthly.I worked with wealthy partners who had millions in various accounts and they couldn't get a loan to buy a flipper, had to pay cash.....It's just a game, learn how it's played....

If I recall correctly, demographics favor the housing market for another 10-12 years, but after that we’re likely to see a shift to a gradual glut of housing (correct me if I’m wrong there).

I definitely want to bring the rent up to 1550 at least and then gradually increase it to the market rate.
