I had a tenant accuse my contractor of smoking crack in the house and demand I decrease rent 

Afternoon guys/girls, hope everyone had a great holiday. 

As a girl I felt the immediate is relatively nice, just not one that I personally would want to raise a family in.

I think, for the most part, we have all failed to provide that person with the help and information they were truly seeking and have instead used this platform in the same way most people use facebook: to blurt out our personal opinions and accuse all those who disagree in any way of being shortsighted.  

My girlfriend would most definately not be too privy on any hot girls living upstairs!!

I have a shared house rental and made roommates sign that no overnight guests without my permission, so the girls go to the guys house to sleep over instead of bringing them to my house.)

No one would accuse Cozy of being a property manager - they're just a collection service that moves rent money from the tenant to the owner.

I have it rented out for $2000 to two girls (and I was pleasantly surprised I got that price).

i think tenant is accusing me of building new apartments and installing grounding rod for propane lines gas guy installed cause im switching from paying all heat to each tenant pays own propane. 

So, maybe to get back she accuses her erstwhile employer of child abuse, on facebook of course.
