I currently have  1 Business Bank Account that is for Master LLC and stuck on best way to manage cash flow  and flow of funds between account for all master expenses related to my business setup vs and also expenses/ rent related to the properties to ensure that I keep things clean, simple and easy for reporting, taxes.  

and think about what it means to put a down payment into a property.with that said, there are of course still niches and strategies that generate more cash flow. 

This would not be something a roofer would do.I'd look to see if there were any work orders for cleaning debris off the roof or for clogged downspouts.

If these sponsors are not doing SOMETHING to generate income how are are they suppose to right the ship on their failed projects. ??? 

We are planning to finance with a second mortgage and will use the property on occasion but would also like to generate an income and/or offset the mortgage.

That means, take anything I post with a grain of salt :)FF for us started off as our bread and butter for lead generation, but as we added more units, we added AirBnB and Vrbo.
