Well I said that I have training and am actively seeking a job in that field and I can provide a professional resume to apply for a position, but his attitude drastically changed and no longer speaks to me and avoids me.Is this because he has no training but just landed the job by luck?

Used to do my own courthouse research, but that's now ancient history.I use direct mail and then field the callbacks I get from the interested parties (motivated note sellers).

So after many hours with the town and digging up old field cards in the basement they found the original 5 family card and eventually agreed to grandfather it in and approve a reversion to a 5 fam or less, whatever I would like and obviously after I close.
