Either a "Listing Agreement" or a "Buyer Brokerage Agreement" is a fancy legal title for what amounts to an employment contract - they work, you pay.If you like your agent, but the right deal hasn't appeared, you can always renew your agreement.

The meeting doesn't have to be in a fancy hotel ballroom or convention center.

Or you sell below market value to one us fancy bigger pocket reading real estate investors who are willing to do the work bc this house has a great ARV and will rent for $3,500 / mo.My thinking was how can I be THAT INVESTOR in this situation.  

My why (freedom) was bigger than my need for fancy clothes, cars and coffees.

Their kids are sporting i-phones and designer clothes in the back of their fancy SUVs with dvd players.  

We didn't do anything like install a hot tub, fancy lighting, fancy bidet, etc.

Tho, you may find that after going through the experience you don't want to spend the money on a fancy car again!
