Well, and my agent whose been amazing at searching through the rubble to find deals that make sense.Best advice is 3 fold: 1) BP Podcast is a must 2) Read or reread Rich Dad Poor Dad 3) Find an agent who works mostly with investorsI still have so much more to learn but my passion makes it kinda easy (routinely reading about REI 2 hours a day).Cheers!

The need for a tax lawyer should be pretty rare - something like a 1031 or low-income tax credits may require it, but a specialist should be available via referral from a good Real Estate lawyer.Even for routine IRS issues - a CPA or even Enrolled Agent can represent the investor.

On the MLS most area's have a really stiff fine if they catch the agents giving out login info, I routinely use Zillow then drop back to realtor.com for more info as it has pretty much all the information except for the disclosure paperwork.
