I take comments made by folk very seriously because it is very easy to make to make comments. 

Too late for many but lessons learned for the futureHopefully everyone in this case can recover their monies what I find kind of amazing is how they got 40k deposits out of folks up front to the company itself.

Most folks still like listsource that I know.

Some folks have done quite well and others have gone bankrupt.I would do a search here and read all about it as there is a ton of info on arbitrage.

I live in Miami and do deals in only Miami dade and Broward. have done hundreds of transactions down here and currently working on 14 projects from fix and flips to new builds and some land entitlement projects  look us up on IG @ Prophunters_

I contacted our pest control folks and told her I did so. 

retiring on cash flow is a pretty tough thing to do for most folks full stop.to me to do that its highly dependent on your location and price points.And how much capital you have to start with and or your day job to allow you to scale.

On many of our web sites there will also be calculators to help you determine what your tax liability would be.There are a number of folks like us right here on BP who are qualified intermediaries. 

This is a lot of info for the money in my opinion.)However, there are still a lot of folks I can't find and I am thinking about using a skip tracing service.
