Since they are public numbers theres absolutely no protection for us from fraud.When submitting my accord for proof of insurance that goes directly from carrier to customer, not through my hands, unfortunately people have committed fraud with that number too.

I can tell you that their involvement is on the financing side only, as they work with local installer partners on the back end with the installer managing the customer relationship so Mosaic wouldn’t typically interact with the customer directly which might explain the gap in the line of communication.

Also, I would encourage any one that I remotely cared about to start refinance as soon as possible and not wait for a whole year just because you have a year to refinance.
