There is only 1 sentence in the lease as far as noise goes, and its the "will not disturb other tenants' right to peaceful enjoyment of premise."

Plus, in the description it says do not disturb current occupants.

They may not want to disturb the tenants unless they have a serious offer. 

If you can disturb minimal stuff, that would be better.
