I enjoy my work as it has taught me discipline, reacting properly to rejection, and flat out work ethic that would rival the Spartans but as of late have found myself distracted by the idea of long term planning and using Real Estate as a means to get there. 

Pueblo seems to be a great market for rentals.We're trying not to get "distracted by all the shiny objects" but keeping options open.

Many people have trouble working the hours required when they are not being supervised, or are easily distracted and engage in activities that turn out to be non productive.  

Focused on this for several months but eventually got distracted with development.

Then people will start talking about you to their family and friends, etc.People struggle because they give up too soon and get distracted by shiny objects.  

Hopefully Isis will stay distracted with guns and knives............

I would not give up hope but I would financially & emotionally plan on it being empty for an extra month.On the west coast you are not fighting against weather, just against busy-ness and distraction of the holidays.But I would argue that many people want to look when they have more down time the week between Christmas and New Years, if your PM is working. 

Now is a great time...lots of people are distracted with the holidays and you never know what is acceptable to someone else. 

If you're like me, you'll definitely get distracted with other things eventually.
