I’ve run the numbers on several different MHP development opportunities and I have always found an RV Park would be worth more on the same land for the same cost usually.

It is a different matter that the better route is to  amicably negotiate out of the lease.

Tell us why do you want to move it, maybe someone can give you a different/better advice to resolve your problem?!

And you may not know the answers right now because you may not have much experience with each different option; and that is okay.

Their different backgrounds will lead to 80-90% of the same stuf being pointed out, but the 10-20% differences can be eye-opening and lead to more accurate bids.Suggest you visit a Home Depot on a Saturday, between 6-8am.
