I am debating whether to keep them or fill them in before renting to avoid upkeep and liability.

Two of my properties have gained a lot of equity and I'm debating selling one in order to re-allocate that money into better deals.Here's my question; I refinanced one of my properties in 2017 and I'm wondering where on my spreadsheet I should allocated the money I pulled out?  

On the rental property I am debating on whether refinancing or selling it.

Typically, I'd recommend some podcasts and books to get started but it appears you already have a deal and are debating just jumping in.

I'm debating on selling it now (Property is cashflow neutral now, have only earned equity based on appreciation the past few years, rent is good but HOA fees, high property tax and high mortgage are a killer).

It may not be worth debating with them on wear and tear vs damaged.  

Now im not trying to start a political debate but after months of being hit the hardest by Covid-19 and now Riots where commercial real estate is being targeted and destroyed are any of my bigger pockets friends still considering investing in Commercial Buildings (not apartments) or Commercial in the inner cities?

There is some debate on whether this gives you full llc protection....keeping title in your certainly does not.
