Just not sure of a fair way to handle it.I'm concerned that a feedback system might be rigged and that anyone with little experience dealing with others on BP would get left out over time.

Again, if the cash on cash return makes sense for me, I don't care how much the turnkey companies make, or even if the appraisals are "rigged" somehow.Anyway, I think you should take baby steps when starting out.

I believe in personal responsibility but you have to be completely blind to not see how the system is stacked against you if you are born poor and rigged hugely in your favor if you are born rich.
