Margaretville is close to two ski mountains so it’s truly a year round destination.

If they look like Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt it would be a bonus lol

Specifically Pensacola from September 15ht-18th then Destin from September 18th-20th. 

We want to focus in vacation markets such as Destin, PCB, Pigeon forge, and possible somewhere in the Rockies.I've really considered buying a course but I want to reach out on here first to seek guidance on where I can find free information, mentorship, or possibly add value and work for someone on here that needs help so I can learn!

If you search Destin, it's pulling data from houses on the beach, houses with a pool, etc. 

If it is more of a vacation destination you might have a harder time finding tenants but there are people wanting to spend a couple months in a vacation destination during the off-season.

I bought in the Destin Florida area.  

Being that it's not really known as a tourist destination (but features some of the highest elevations east of the Mississippi River), prices are still very affordable offering very good ROI.
