They aren't going after you typical wholesale deals, more so retail who doesn't want to go through the selling process. in other words they are not working the urban core … burnt out landlord homes that are a mess.. which are most of the wholesaler inventory in the rental dominated markets. 

I think of it as a marketing document that makes my service compelling and valuable. 

That's a compelling argument for legislatures and courts that landlord's failure to fix AC swiftly is unreasonable.Moral of the story: Don't be a dick.Keep in mind that the tenant is in possession of your property.

I just moved to columbus OH and heard about this from my local REIA (COREE).I plan on going and once again face my fear of large social events from under a table :)

Do some homework on Zillow - 800-900 for a 1 bedroom will not happen unless you are in the hip urban core of KC - I dont know the KC market like the back of my hand but no one will pay that much for a 1 bedroom - thats insanely high.  (* of course hip urban areas or nearly brand new with lots of amenities would be exceptions to the KC or midwest rule imo)

Sometimes the market is such that the offer is not compelling, but when you write that check to the lawyer you will realize you could have saved money and time.

Looking for some input on highly recommended potential core four organizations in the Jacksonville, FL area.

This is part of why it's important to stick to your core offer (housing). 

I have focused outside the core city center which I found quite expensive and a better potential for short-term tourist rentals to make the numbers work.
