You don't need to make the bank aware of every offer, but you do need to make them aware of every executed agreement (assuming the approval stipulates it).Given that, I think it would likely be fraudulent for the OP to buy and resell the property.

For myself, I'm going to look for sharecroppers among military veterans, through a local "veteran farmer's" program that supports returning combat veterans to transition into civilian life with a smooth fit.
