I like to think of it like playing Roulette so you have chips on Black and on Odd.

@Michael Frias,There's no black and white answer as to what the best course of action is for getting into real estate.That said, I kind of like what @Ryan Luby said about wholesaling being a good option if it's something that comes to you.

There is so much nicotine on the ceiling that it is running black streaks down the wall.
