Unfortunately, most small landlords and especially DIY landlords fail at this causing problems in eviction court.

I never really care about complaints people have like many have with companies cause anybody can threaten to sue etc doesn't mean they would win.When I first started in realestate I knew alot before I got on just felt maybe I could do better..I went to a 3 day training very very cheap, upsell is what gets people.

They filed complaints with the city between court dates to keep things pending and they used any method they could find to cause continuances.

(Question 1)My friends expressed concerns about Steve potential retaliation, maybe in ways that I might not be able to directly identify him for (e.g. causing damage to appliances in the common area and I would have no way of knowing who did it.)
