Now you own the property without any heirs hanging out there to cloud the title.I would buy the note at a super discounted price though.

No money down doesn't mean no money to rehab...Do I just hang out and fix up my property for the next few years and then refi?

Pretty much all that I do in my free time besides hang out with the fam, is listen to or read about real estate investing.

As far as packages that are sitting at the door is it ok if I were to open the door and place them inside for her or should I just pick them up and hang on to them till she gets back into town and have her pick them up? 

I was at a rental property that i'm managing and there was a random guy hanging out on the docks at the property which were closed/blocked off. 

My neighbors are wonderful and we're all on the same page in regards to some drifter people that hang out on the sidewalk sort of out front and to the side, and it has deterred at least 2 of the renters from applying.
