They don't look to be that much further away from where you are putting in the metal ones.

I sold a house one time to a rehabber where the previous owner stripped the home and sold everything including the metal roof!

Sadly his wife passed away less than half way through the construction and the owner just dropped everything, leaving that part of the house unfinished with wood and metal beams revealing. 

To invest in anything well, including real estate, stocks, bonds, currencies, commodities, precious metals, (consistently over long periods of time) the prudent investor buys low and sells high...or what I like to say is "cheap" and "expensive."  

Wood framing that is oozing sap has been subjected to temperatures over 200 degrees F and strength properties and metal connections have been weakened.  

Loosen the 4 screws and remove the 4-prong cord.Usually, you will have three screws in a row on a plastic terminal block, and a fourth screw below or above that, that goes directly into the sheet metal.When the dryer was shipped, there was a metal strap, about 1/4" wide by a couple of inches long, from the screw in the sheet metal, to the middle screw on the plastic terminal block. 

I have changed many doors in my properties and was able to pick them up for less than $60, metal doors.

@Debbie Holland I've heard investors say they wish they would have made a move the first time something met all their criteria.

Here In Jacksonville, FL a metal roof isn't too much more expensive so I'll be putting those on so I can reduce that big ticket item in the future.
